Shipping policy

You've done it! You hit that submit button to treat yourself and now you're impatiently waiting for your order to arrive. We'll try not to keep you waiting!

We endeavour to ship all orders within 4 business days. During peak periods this may be extended up to 7 business days. If there is a delay for any reason we will reach out so you're always in the loop.

All parcels are shipped using the Australia Post shipping service. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number via email or sms.
